Estate Sales: Our team of estate sales professionals provide all of the resources needed to conduct a full-service, turn-key estate sale: Our fee is an industry standard 30% or our base fee of $2000 which ever is higher (consignment items are commissioned as stated below) and is paid out of the funds collected at the end of the sale. We do require a deposit depending on the sale type which will be from 20-50% of the base fee.  There are no hidden costs.

• Our commission comes out of sale proceeds, in the case of eBay only sale items, there is no cash upfront required (see below for details)
  

• Our service fee to come out and evaluate your estate and provide you with a detailed report of what we believe the items will sell for is $250 and is applied to the deposit, should you decide to list your sale with us. We use this report to ensure that what we sell your items for is in agreement with the family prior to the sale.
  

• We do have a minimum fee for our services, does not matter what the total sale is
  

• Immediate payment for "cash only" estate sales.  Payment within 10 days for sales at which we accept credit cards.
  

Cleaning: We can help you prepare for the estate sale by cleaning before and/or after. The minimum cleaning fee is $200 and is based on condition of home and square footage. We will give you a firm quote once we have met with you at your home.

Consignment Sales

We offer two programs to best meet your needs as the seller. We will work with you to determine the best program for your items. We are also happy to buy your items outright, should that be mutually acceptable to both parties.

Basic Program - 

- Seven day listing on eBay

- Gallery photo listing to make your item stand out

- $.99 opening bid

- Email notification when the item is listed and when it sells

- Professional service from beginning to end

Commission Rates

Our commissions are based on the final selling price of the item. Due to the increases in the fees charged by eBay and the convenience fees for taking credit cards from PayPal, we can no longer absorb those fees. The eBay and/or Paypal fees incurred during the sale will be deducted from the net proceeds.

The buyer pays all shipping costs. In addition to the eBay fees that are associated with an item when it sells; Estate Sales Pro will deduct the service fees from the final sale amount.

If the buyer does not use Paypal to make payment, we will not deduct the Paypal fee.

If your item does not sell, we can relist it for you, buy if at a fixed price from you, or send it back to you within 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling or we will donate it for you.

Estate Sales Pro may set the opening price below your acceptable bid to encourage biding, however, Estate Sales Pro will get your approval before we list the item below your minimum acceptable bid price.

Please Note: Estate Sales Pro final fees are deducted after all eBay and Paypal commissions, listing costs, and shipping and handling fees are paid.

- Ten day listing, instead of seven

- Any opening bid of your choice (mutually agreed upon based on our research)

- The title of the item will be in bold to help attract more views

- You can set a fixed starting price with the "Buy It Now" feature
